We are a mother and daughter team that merged in 2019 after nearly 15 years of running separate companies.

We both have the same ethos, to serve homemade locally sourced delicious food.

It seems Annest was destined to spend her life around food from the beginning. Her mother Gwenan was a home economics teacher before running various catering establishments and restaurants locally, with Annest working for her on and off,around University life and working in the media.

Annest found her strongest point was front of house welcoming and talking to the customers, ordering stock and marketing the business and Gwenan is very happy in the kitchen, creating new recipes out of traditional ones, they create the menus together, while Annest is the chief taste tester!

The team make everything from scratch using only the best ingredients which are always locally sourced.

Taste, flavour and presentation are all really important, as is the challenge to constantly bring something new to the table.
